Booking a charter bus should be a hassle-free experience, but choosing the wrong company can turn your trip into a nightmare. Imagine booking a bus for your wedding, only to have it show up late, causing delays and stress. Worse, some companies send poorly maintained buses that break down mid-trip, leaving you stranded on the side of the road. Unprofessional drivers who get lost or drive recklessly can put your group’s safety at risk. These horror stories highlight the importance of doing thorough research and selecting a reputable charter bus company.
