The IONS Science Team is working on an exciting, new ground-breaking research study — Exceptional Healers Pilot Study, evaluating the effectiveness of energy medicine modalities on carpal tunnel pain. Recruitment for participants and volunteers has just begun!
Do you have a project, passion, or body of work that you would like to share with a global noetic community? We’re happy to announce that there are two exciting ways to share your work with the IONS community at the upcoming 18th International Conference on July 18-21, 2019, in Santa Clara, CA.
The following was originally published in Purpose Rising: A Global Movement of Transformation and Meaning edited by Emanuel Kuntzelman and Dustin DiPerna. This excerpt is from chapter five, “Making Change,” and was written by Cassandra Vieten, PhD, President, Institute of Noetic Sciences and Mica Estrada, PhD, Assistant Professor, University of California, San Francisco; Director, Climate Education Partners. It is reprinted here with the permission of the authors.
Years ago, when IONS was in an office space in Sausalito, CA, there was a vision of having a place, somewhere on a beautiful piece of land that gave people potential opportunities beyond reading and learning about new worldviews and ways of being. While those things are still important for personal development, a place provided a sense of sacred space and a container for personal experience — potentially even a lasting transformation in one’s values, priorities, and perspectives. Nothing beats personal experience as a catalyst for change. The IONS EarthRise Campus is the manifestation of that vision.
Introducing IONS Exploration Guides, a new experiential tool for community groups and gatherings of like-minded noetic seekers! The Exploration Guides pair with IONS Noetic Global Gatherings (free, online events that feature presentations on cutting-edge noetic research and experiential explorations), providing companion material to those who want to dive more deeply into cutting-edge consciousness topics.

Creating Our Future Now
We are excited to offer four new electric car charging stations on our EarthRise campus! EarthRise has long held values of sustainability including completing a formal Green Business Certification from Marin County in 2014. This voluntary program recognizes and promotes businesses and organizations that implement environmentally responsible practices. The Green Business Program certifies that businesses meet higher standards of environmental performance such as using energy efficient processes, conserving water, recycling, using recycled products, reducing pollutants, and much more.
