Dreams have long been considered windows into the subconscious, offering insight into our deepest fears, desires, and emotions. But what if dreams could also offer us something beyond personal insight? What if they could connect us to psychic abilities, transcend time, and even bridge the gap between the living and the dead? Over years of research and experience, I’ve discovered that dreamwork and psychic awakening are deeply intertwined.

Psychic (or psi) abilities, like telepathy or remote viewing, have intrigued researchers for decades, but studying them comes with two big challenges: the effects are often subtle, and results can be hard to replicate. One major issue is that these abilities appear to be rare, so testing large, random groups of people often leads to inconclusive findings.

There is little doubt that AI systems, such as ChatGPT and other large language models, are not conscious. AI systems are probabilistic constructs trained on a vast portion of the internet. Given some text, they attempt to predict the most likely next word.

Biofield therapies (BT), like Reiki and Therapeutic Touch, suggest that practitioners can influence biological processes or promote healing by manipulating an energy field, often without physical contact. Some studies have reported positive effects, including reduced pain and anxiety, enhanced immune responses, and changes in cancer-related biomarkers.

What scientific evidence is there for psi (psychic) phenomena? This question has been debated for decades in the scientific community. Although substantial psi research has been conducted by IONS and other organizations, coverage in the mainstream remains limited.
