In Epidsode #12 of the Volie Rally we had the opportunity to host JD Musick with North Georgia Toyota, a customer success story from a high performing single store discussing how they are able to operate like the big stores. Operating with 5 total agents, they went from inefficient systems such as shared google docs and exel spreadsheets to an easier more efficient process. Becoming efficient with normal day to day tasks and consolidating vendors down to as few as possible, JD says that Volie is a good thing for Toyota.
