Welcome to Episode #36, where we introduce another team member, Katie Miller, a customer success manager. Katie helps launch new customers into Volie and continues that relationship, helping customers utilize Volie and answering any questions they may have. Katie also is a key contact person helping with Dealer Identity, our call management solution for automotive. When not working with customers, Katie likes to travel, and her favorite place to date is Paris.
