Our mission here at the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Institute is to provide top-notch training to any clinicians looking to learn how to safely and effectively perform regenerative medicine procedures. We teach both stem cell and PRP therapies for sports, orthopedic, and aesthetic medicine.

At the time this post was written, training camp was well underway for both professional and college football. As expected, injury stories are starting to pop up all over the country. The Seattle Seahawks are just one of many teams reporting injuries to key players. Some of those players are turning to PRP injections to get back on the field.

Our primary mission here at the Advanced Regenerative Medicine Institute is to equip clinicians to offer stem cell and PRP therapies in their practices. We believe in the value of regenerative medicine as an alternative to more traditional methodologies. Regenerative medicine offers tremendous potential; potential we are still learning about.

Clinical trials are everything in medical research. In light of that, we make it a point to stay abreast of any new information regarding stem cell clinical trials. The more researchers look into the power of stem cells, the more we are learning of their incredible healing potential. A case in point is a new cancer treatment that has just entered clinical trials.

Dermatologists assembled at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) were presented with the results of a recent study that shows PRP therapy can be effective as a treatment for a range of dermatological issues, including hair loss. They learned there is yet another alternative to hair replacement surgeries and pharmacological treatments.

History suggests that measles is a zoonotic disease that first emerged in human beings sometime between 500 and 1200 A.D. In the centuries since, the world has seen numerous measles epidemics that have claimed untold numbers of lives. Measles has been so deadly in some places that, if you had told doctors 100 years ago that the measles virus would eventually go on to improve human health, they would have thought you were crazy. Well, guess what? It turns out to be true.

Scott Gottlieb’s FDA has implemented many policies in recent years that look to fast-track certain kinds of regenerative medicine procedures so that said procedures can get to market faster. One example of this fast tracking is a procedure for treating rotator cuff injuries that the FDA recently confirmed as being safe.
