CR Meyer employees contributed to the Help for the Homeless Hygiene Campaign. Donations were taken to a local school where they joined donations from all over the community. The items were sorted on tables and the non-profit organizations that were identified in the campaign were invited in to divide up everything among them.

CR Meyer received a Community Service Award from the City of Muskegon Police Department in appreciation for continuously supporting the Safetypup Program, Child Safety, Dangerous People and Crime Prevention Program, for all of the children in area schools. In cooperation with the Muskegon Police Department, over 10,000 pieces of educationally sound materials are distributed to the youngsters in Michigan through Child Safety of America, Inc.
