As you know, when you are using Teams and somebody is sending you a chat message you have a quick notification with a message preview popping up at the bottom right of your screen (kike shown below)
We all have experienced this during online meeting; organizer mute all attendees but then they unmute themselves by mistake and we all hear the background noise.
If you used Skype for Business in the past, you may know – especially Skype administrators – you had an option to appear offline while your client was still running (if your Skype administrator has made this status available).
When you are on a Teams meeting and participants have turned on their camera, you can now spotlight a specific video stream to all meeting participant – this also works even if the participant did not turned on the camera (but what’s the point).
You know you can schedule and join meeting from Teams from any device using the Teams client.
