As you may be aware, Outlook clients (for Windows, mobile on iOS and Android or OWA) allow your end-users to shorten a meeting when organizing it.
Today we all know the impact and benefits of distribution list.
To help increase awareness to end-users to pay more attention on emails they receive, you can now have external emails tag on Outlook Mobile and Outlook Web Access (OWA); this is not (yet?) available for Outlook client on Windows or Mac.
Starting March 22, 2021, Exchange Online (ExO) and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) DNS infrastructure will be updated to enable Extension Mechanisms for DNS (EDNS) to allow sending DNS data in larger UDP packet which is required for DNSSEC.
After providing a setting to make your meeting as online meeting in Outlook Web Access (OWA – aka Outlook on the Web) – see https://t.co/rQ6jUyGgh3 – and on Outlook mobile, you can now do the same with Outlook for Windows.
As you know Exchange Online has some limits in place to ensure performance and stability of the service (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-service-description/exchange-online-limits to know more about).
As you know, Azure Information Protection (AIP) has been available for quite some time with the plan to replace Active Directory Right Management Services (AD RMS).
If you use Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and have configured ‘Move message to Junk Email folder’ for high confidence spam and phishing emails you need to be aware this option is being retired.
