We are delighted to have received planning permission from Barnet Council for a new build detached house.
This 5,000 sq.ft house in Hendon required us to design and prepare the information needed for the council to consider for planning permission. Using our knowledge of the guidelines we were able to overcome any obstacles or objections and permission was granted in September 2021.
