Rise Digital analyzed the client’s current environment against productivity and security best practices, and designed a Google Workspace deployment strategy that...
Rise Digital deployed Google Workspace to meet STAC's unique business requirements, migrated their email history, implemented security and productivity best practices, delivered administrator and end-user training, and provided personalized support.
The challenge
Before adopting Google Workspace, STAC was concerned over their legacy solution's cybersecurity risk, plus productivity challenges related to ongoing calendar sharing issues, and email workflows that felt disparate, and kludgy. They chose Google Workspace by Rise Digital for its secure-by-design, integrated workspace and reliable data retention, with prompt and informative client support.
The solution
Rise Digital implemented Google Workspace Enterprise Standard with Titan Security Keys to protect STAC from online threats and provide robust security investigation tools to monitor their environment. Reliable Google Vault retention was augmented by automatic, full-fidelity backup in Google Cloud, and Gmail added an integrated, web-based email workflow to keep their users productive and data safe.
The results
Today, STAC spends less time managing its productivity suite, and more time using it to connect, collaborate and get things done - all worry-free, thanks to Google Cloud's secure-by-design architecture. Plus, Google Calendar's multiple shared calendars has transformed their communication and planning for the better, while Gmail's advanced tools and integrations have made them more productive.
“Rise Digital’s client service is second to none. Personalized, single-point-of-contact support from a trusted Google Cloud Partner who understands our business is what makes it possible for us to use Google Workspace to its fullest potential. ”
