Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older.
Entry Period: Entries must be submitted between Monday, October 20, 2025 and Sunday, November 2, 2025. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
How to Enter: Complete and submit the entry form available at [website]. Limit one entry per person.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of tickets valid for any Martz Bus holiday day trip of their choice, based on availability. Approximate retail value: [insert maximum value]. Transportation to and from the bus pick-up and drop-off location is not included.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email and/or phone within 1 day of the contest end date. If the winner cannot be reached within 2 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions: Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Substitutions may occur at Martz Bus’s discretion if a selected trip is unavailable.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and the decisions of Martz Bus, which are final. Martz Bus reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
