At Technics, we’re committed to the development of the surveying industry as it evolves through working practices and new technology.

Infrastructure projects are becoming more complex and challenging and the role of the geospatial surveyor is increasingly more valuable, helping designers, developers, engineers and contractors minimise risk on their projects. We believe it is vital that our industry offers a consultative approach to provide clients with the right information to keep a project on time and to budget with a strict no surprises policy.

We invest in cutting-edge technology, provide our staff with the latest opportunities to develop their skills and support the industry’s development and integrity. Our Chairman Graham Mills, was President of The Survey Association (TSA) for five years and we’re proud of our role as one of the industry partners involved in drafting the original Essential Guide to Utilities Surveys. We also played a key role in developing the PAS 128 standard for Utility Mapping which will lead to better results for our clients in the future.

As our industry evolves it’s important that investment in the latest technology, training support and people does too. We’re dedicated to all three which is why we’re able to help our clients make more informed decisions and why people continue to come and work for the Technics team.

We’ll be at the Geo Business show, 27 – 28 May, at the Business Design Centre, London, where we’ll be showcasing our commitment to the industry as a whole and the training and development of our employees.
