African Survey Company visits Technics Group
We invited Wycliffe Abiero from Ramani Geosystems to Technics House for a week to share in our culture and enable him to understand how we develop our people who are aspiring to fulfil the company vision. We set a busy agenda for Wycliffe to enable him to meet with all the Directors, Managers and our Surveyors working on site and processing data in the office. We also shared our systems and processes with him to demonstrate how efficient we are in delivering over 800 projects per year.
Ramani Geosystems have a team of 39 people who specialise in Lidar, Aerial Photography, GIS and Topographical Surveys in Nairobi, Kenya. Wycliffe said ‘I just want to let Technics know the things they have done for me and the Family of Ramani Group. Words cannot really express my feelings, not even an act of gratitude can relay, and no gift can represent the reception I have received at Technics Group, not to mention the time that has been invested through the respective heads and teams for the past few days. I believe Technics is a necessary piece of our groups larger puzzle in putting Africa on the map. We say Asante – Thank You’.
Before departing Graham Mills (Chairman), Martin Penney (Director) and John Macintyre (Managing Director) pictured below, presented Wycliffe with an engraved Technics tankard and Technics clothing.
We will continue to develop our partnership with Ramani over the coming months which will include sending representatives from Technics to visit their offices in Kenya for a week later this year.
