Young Academics, a leading childcare provider committed to nurturing the well-being of children, proudly announces its partnership with Westmead Children’s Hospital and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs for a festive and impactful Christmas Toy Drive campaign.
In a heart-warming collaboration, Young Academics is teaming up with Westmead Children’s Hospital and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs to spread joy and bring smiles to the faces of children spending their Christmas in the hospital. This collaborative effort aims to make the holiday season a little brighter for those facing health challenges, emphasising the spirit of giving and community support.
The Christmas Toy Drive campaign, encourages families, staff, and community members to contribute new, unwrapped toys suitable for children of all ages. The toys will be collected at Young Academics Head Office & all centre locations and later delivered to Westmead Children’s Hospital by representatives from both Young Academics and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
The Christmas Toy Drive aligns with Young Academics’ commitment to fostering a sense of community and instilling values of empathy and compassion in the children they serve. By organising such initiatives, Young Academics aims to make a positive impact beyond the walls of their childcare centres and contribute to the well-being of the broader community.
“We are thrilled to be part of this meaningful initiative that brings together our community for a common cause. The holiday season is a time of giving, and what better way to spread joy than by ensuring that children facing health challenges receive the gift of happiness,” said James Kazzi, Young Academics Managing Director.
This toy drive exemplifies Young Academics’ commitment to social responsibility and community engagement. By fostering partnerships that make a positive impact, Young Academics continues to extend its dedication beyond childcare, reinforcing the importance of compassion and unity.
