Onboarding & Launching with Sadie Timmons

In Episode #10 of the Volie Rally, we have Sadie Timmons, a customer success rep discussing customer onboarding and launching when starting with Volie. Our customer success reps do all the campaign setup and build out the campaigns, environments, and training of the agents. The training call typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, with constant communication on launch day and a weekly call afterward.
