Introducing Volie’s Manager Certification Course

The Manager Certification Course, designed by Liza Martenson and Katie Miller, offers a comprehensive training experience for service BDC managers. Drawing from their extensive daily work with BDC managers, they aim to provide valuable resources beyond Volie platform guidance. The course, which requires a commitment of just 2 hours per week, covers key topics such as building a high-performance culture, communication strategies, campaign creation, KPI and performance optimization, as well as industry standards and Volie’s best practices.

Participants will walk away with a business plan, personality assessments, a team survey, and access to a custom Volie ChatGPT feature. With a strong focus on collaboration and peer learning, this course is ideal for new and seasoned managers seeking leadership training and a community to share ideas and experiences.
