How many attempts should your BDC agents make?

The data shows that 51% answered on the 1st attempt, and 22% of the remaining 49% answered on the 2nd attempt. Always remember that the customer thinks of us way less than we think of them, and make it a priority to test your lines to make sure your calls are not being labeled as potential spam.
