What do you do when you live on a lake but don’t have a nice room to enjoy the view? Well, you add a beautiful new Sunroom of course! Look at this amazing finished room for this Wauconda family. They were referred to us by their friends, a previous customer of J&J’s, who we happened to build a sunroom for a few years back. This large 400 sq ft plus room has huge Pella 350 series sliding vinyl windows and doors, an extra-tall bead board vaulted ceiling, hand-scraped wood floors, multiple Velux skylights, new CertainTeed vinyl siding and a beautiful wrap-around TREX deck so they can enjoy the view when they are sitting outside. I could go on and on, but I’ll let the pictures do the talking for us. We also used our new drone to shoot some video of the finished sunroom from the sky to give you a very unusual, but fun view of this room.
