A few months ago, we hosted Livability 's Editor-In-Chief Amanda Ellis and took her on a tour of our wonderful city - we'd biasedly say it was the adventure of a lifetime.

 

From tours of Vulcan Park and Museum , Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark , Birmingham Museum of Art and Railroad Park , catching a Birmingham Barons game, shopping at Charm and SHOPPE , to dinner and drinks at Good People Brewing Company , Hot Box Food Truck, Current Charcoal Grill , Juniper Birmingham and more - Amanda got the full Magic City experience.

 

She learned about our history, indulged in our world-class cuisine, enjoyed some of our favorite pastimes like shopping and baseball games, explored some of our popular greenspaces and soaked up all of our Southern hospitality.
